RETURNS POLICY

At Cafe Latte we want you to love your purchase! If you receive your goods and aren't happy with them, please return them to us within 10 days for a refund of your purchase price less postage. Products must be returned in original condition - unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. 

Steps to return your product: 
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel 
2. Send goods back to us to the following address

3. We recommend sending all returns back via Australia Post Registered Post 

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit in being returned to us. We do not recommend parcels be sent back to us by being marked "return to sender". 

FAULTY ITEMS:  
We pride ourselves on our quality and check all garments before they are dispatched from our warehouse. In the very rare instance that a garment has been sent to you and it is faulty, please email us immediately at sales@cafelatteclothing.com.au with a picture of the fault so that we can sort this issue for you ASAP.
